Anybody sold or bought an 04 Double Cab Taco recently? I am thinking about selling mine, and wondered what the "going rate" would be around. It is basically stock with 13500 miles on it... I did put 265/75/16 Cooper Discoverer ST tires on it and a K&N filter about 2000 miles ago. Any feedback greatly appreciated.

Roll Me Over
check kbb.

I know that in my area, the dealers are listing used 04's for MORE than I paid for mine new... Seriously.

Getting the Wheeling Fever
Same thing going on in South Texas. I just rolled my '02 and was looking for a real clean '04. First of all there are practically none on the market. Second, they are pricy, as stated above.
I ended up buying an '04 double cab, Limited, TRD, Locker, etc. 4x4 with 11,000 miles on it for just under $25,000. This truck has an original window sticker of almost $36,000. Looks like it has never been off of the highway. Had to travel to central Texas to get it.
The amazing thing is that the ins. co. paid me almost as much for my '02 as I paid for it new. Then I was able to buy it back for $2,500. I have a whole truck for spare parts.

Thanks for the replies guys... I have noticed the same thing here in Western NC. I have looked back at all model years of the Double Cab being sold on used car lots and seems like no matter what the year or the mileage, they all seem to be listed in range of $21K - $25K. Anybody else got any input on this? Thanks again guys. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
