I have the exact same issue with my 97 T100 4x4. Have you found a solution? I've tried many of the fixes with wheels, tires, drivelines, but I've seen so many posts for late 9x T100 vibration problems, that I'm thinking it is a manufacturing issue. What the problem is I dont know, but it seems like this problem is very pervasive among T100's
