Ok,
had my wife give it some gas as I watched the motor and everything seemed normal besides it still running rough. The A/C compressor just acted like it should, kicking on once it got past idle and then stopping again below it. I did notice that there is a vaccum line on the top drivers side of the motor that goes into that vacuum tank by the radiator. The line that went into the "purge" section of that vacuum tank was hanging off. I pushed it back in but it barely stays there by itself, could this be causing the problem? The other end looks like it runs to the intake manifold...
