I just heard my G/f's dad's 90' 4runner, he has headers, and stock everything else. It sounds deep, and is pretty quick.

I just wan't a good-sounding, nice performance giving muffler.

If I were you I would spend the $115.00 or so dollars and install a new OEM Toyota cat-back muffler/tailpipe and run with it for a few thousan miles.

If at that time you want more sound and performance look into welding in a new muffler. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />


Well, my muffler, and whole exaust system is in good shape right now. I just wanted to, at first do a 2.5 inch cat-back, with muffler, but my buddy is gettin' a mandrel pipe bender next month, so I was gonna go from the crossover back 2.5 inch, with a new muffler.

I like the sound of the OEM set up, I like it alot, its unique, but I just wish it was more intense (SP?).
