Man, i think you have got it all wrong. Maybe Rob did come off a little brash, heck we all do at one point in time, but he did have a point. Rob is a very VERY knowledgable and respected member of this forum so he kinda knows what he is talking about. i would suggest that you review your above statement and make the neccessary changes in your attitude. (Before one of the mods does it for you. dont make them do that.)

Now, as for your problem.
We do see where you are coming from, but to give you some idea, read the thread about the DOR rear bumpers in which Joe Darlington explicitly says exactly what Rob and many others have already stated.
These vendors spend thousands making these products for us. For someone to undermine all that work and simply copy it would make them lose all that capital. Do your homework, make some measurements and make your own home brew stuff, or pay full price for their stuff.

The choice is yours.
