I'd like to have a bumper like that for the rear of my '98 Rodeo, but with one small change - I'd like to see the steel continued around the sides of the truck so there's a little more protection for the corners.

But that might be another of the problems here: we all have our own visions of what we'd like to see and aren't willing to part with our money unless we get exactly what we want.

This is the beauty of this particular bumper. It might not be exactly what you want, but in this case, you can get a simple bumper like this, get it installed, then take it to someone in your local area to finish fabbing it out to your liking.

If you tried to describe to Joe what you want, he fabs it and then when you get it and decide it wasn't correct - drama ensues. In this case, you get the base product as pictured then have a local metalsmith meet with you face to face and you get precisely what you want - happiness ensues <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

Props to Joe on the DOR Rodeo bumper though, it really is a work of art. He had a Passport customer from Durham there last Sunday that has one and was getting an ARB bumper installed, it really looked awesome - it's the pic on the DOR home page now.

Cheers,
