Yes, Sir...that is what I had in mind...a tough, simple, inexpensive bumper as a foundation, and then add-ons (whether done by the vendor, a local fabber, or oneself) to suit individual preferences/requirements. What add-ons would the vendor offer? Up to the vendor, but he/she could theoretically market the foundation bumper for a broad range of vehicles, front and rear. Bumper width and mounting brackets/configuration would then be the only "vehicle model-specific" factors.
