Getting the Wheeling Fever

I've got a '90 ext cab truck. Are there any junkyard springs that will bolt in and give 1-3" lift? I've been looking around and found info on swaping to longer springs but nothing on a straight swap. Is this because I'm not searching hard enough or because no one has found springs that fit and lift?
