Also living in high humidity and temps(north Texas), my '92 Pup has the same deal. The a/c unit puts out a great deal of condensation even if you keep the drain tube blown clear. Taking the lazy approach I just removed the rubber plug in the floor covering one of the bolts down to the frame. This seems to work fairly OK, at least I haven't had water soaked carpet on the shotgun side for weeks now. The water follows the channels in the floor till it comes to the hole to the outside then drains out. Regards,
