Why are you guys throwing so much money at old bbqs?

My gas grill is so much nicer. A lot closer to state of the art, too. No choke, er, vents to open or close or anything. And cooking with gas is so much more precise.

I'm sure there will always be those die-hards out there who say that gas just doesn't have the flavor of charcoal, but I disagree.

And gas pollutes the air far less than charcoal.
