I just went over and picked up a gauge cluster out of a 90 4 runner with the same engine but it has the tach and other gauges. I read somewhere that the oil pressure sending unit needs to be changed out otherwise the oil pressure gauge will get burnt up. Is this true? 1989 3.0 5 spd extended cab with more rust than should be legally aloud, soon to have a D44 front and D60 rear Re: oil pressure send unit swap?
