you mean the one in the luv or a later motor? I have no idea what bolt pattern or even what engine are in those earlier isuzus.

The isuzu 3.2/3.5 engines have the 60 degree GM bolt pattern as well as the zu pattern. The combo above would work but input shaft length, input shaft bushing and throwout bearing size would all be custom too.
