Does anyone know if they make a Tonneau Cover for the 2005 Tacoma's ? I ordered one from a company and was told it was a special order item. I am now waiting 3 weeks for it's arrival to my home. Is the truck that new where aftermarket accessories are not yet available ? Is it the company itself not able to handle my order ? Any and all info on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The reason I asked that question is that I ordered a Tonneau Cover from a company called 4wheelonline. I have been told 10-14 days for it to arrive. It's going on 16 days and still no cover. Everytime I call them to find out the status of the order i get the same old line " we'll email you or call you as soon as we find out the status ". Today is the first day I actually received an email. The only thing I was upset about the recent email was that it still did not give me the status of the order Does anyone have a Tonneau cover for their 05 truck ? If so how long did it take ? Hope to get my cover soon

I think it took about 2 weeks to get a cover for my 2004 Tacoma.... so 16 days may not be too long.
Just curious, how do you attach it to the box on your 05?

Well Bill still waiting for my cover. As soon as it gets here ( hopefully before winter ) i'll let you know how it attaches. The company 4wheelonline still is not sure why their warehouse still has not shipped it out. getting tired of waiting for it especially since they took the money out of my account as of August 1st.

I was told by the company that the cover i want will not be out until December (05). I wish they would have told me this sooner. Guess i'll have to shop around again.

Hey Chris, did you ever get your cover?
If so, how does it attach to the tonneau in the 05?

Bill Hi Bill, yes i did get a cover . I got the truxedo low profile cover. It attaches to the bed rail. I am happy with the cover, sleek looking easy roll up and installation wasn't difficult at all. I'll take pictures of it if interested. Chris
