Should come one w/o any problems. I've pulled a few 4-cyl t-cases off of the back of the 5-speed. Have not worked on a V6 case, but they do look very similar. A lot easier to get back up that the tranny, too. No pilot bearing and clutch disc to get lined up with.

You will need to support the tranny while pulling the t-case. Some wood or a tall jack stand under the tranny will work, or one trick that I used was to flip the t-case crossmember end for end and bolt it back up using the forwar pair of bolts and using that to catch the end of the tranny.
