same way I raised it during the winter, crank the torsion bars. But it's only 19" when I got the truck one side was 19.5" and the other was 20.25" I cranked them both up to 21" when I was using the truck just for kicks the ride was nice and firm and pretty level. Now with 19" it is definitely lower in the front than back but no problems so far. It rides great handles really nicely especially after new bushings and idler arm. Tires don't rub and I have 265/75/15.
