Assuming no external damage, no missing deteroriated protective coatings, etc and clean coolant, you may have an issue with electrolysis activity. Any wierd electrical problems with the vehcile? Grounds good?

no electrical issues...runs good.. the mix is good, its all good except for the rad being green... i'm convinced it the elements(weather) causing it to go down hill in a hurry.

I'd go about asking the neighbor and friends if they have ever had any rad. issues... Maybe it isnÆt just you...

someone once told me, just after i bought my jeep, that i can expect to change the rad every 2-3 years. this comming from someone who owns a jeep for quite some time...so i dont think its just me....or mabey we get the rads at the same place....hmmmm
