ur car

Again with the cars...

I don't usually reply to posts like this, but, when I was younger I rock climbed with a guy who owned a fiat 850 spyder. So your name brings back fond memories. Fun little car when going down hill.

Also, your truck happens to look similar to mine. Mine is an xtracab, but otherwise started life looking like yours.

So here are a couple of pics

And on a drier trail

Yes, I made it through both those challanges. Yes, both were near the capability of my truck. No, I did not try such things until I'd spent many years with my truck, learning its limits, gaining driving experience, making the truck more capable for the types of trails I found myself on. Take your time. Find somebody else to wheel with. Wheel as much as you can. Then build your truck to suit your needs. My $0.2

dknight - What are the specs on your truck? It looks a lot like I think I want to build mine (currently stock '90 ext cab).

OOP'S! - Was your "7 years ago" pic a 4" lift and 33's?

(edited because I can't spell or type)

It's 15 Years later.

And they may look bigger than 33's, but I'll wait for him to answer that.

Too close for missiles, I'm switching to guns...

'97 4Runner...SR5, 4cyl (3RZ), 5spd, 4wd, no rust, excellent shape.

I bead blasted them, then painted.

Actually it was 7 Years Ago. I got snowtoy and OOP'S posts mixed together. I must have typed that stuff before coffee this morning!
