Body Damage is Cool
Update: I just got internet service restored today, Woohoo! I also finished repairing the roof right before it started to rain, the first rain we've had since the day after Katrina. So it's been a good day! I hope to start participating on the board again but we are all so busy trying to rebuild I won't be spending as much time web wheeling as I used to for a while. Here are a couple of pics I took during the storm, the first one is when I began to believe I would probably get wet and the second one is just after I was sure the water level was dropping. 1 1/2 hours passed between them. The peak was maybe 3 or four inches higher than in the second pic. I still don't know for sure how high it got above sea level in my neighborhood but believe it was around 16 ft.
