Need a Spot

I've been considering buying new wheels and tires for my 02 4Runner since it looks like I may have about 5K miles left on them (34K on the truck).
Then I was reading a trade journal a friend of mine in the auto industry gets and saw the FJ Cruiser is supposed to hit the shelves in Q1 2006. Since it's been almost 2 years since they first said something about this, I had forgotten about.
The article said it was about 4" narrowed and 11" shorter than the current 4th gen 4Runner, but built on the same platform. So I'm thinking thats *roughly* the size of the 3rd gen - *roughly*. It gave a few other specs too, but no mention of price.
So now I'm thinking maybe I should hold off on the tires and just buy an FJ. Anyone else considering this purchase?
