Getting the Wheeling Fever

I'm going to make my own body lift and I'm trying to plan my materials. I know I'll need 14 lift pucks (thanks Roger!). I've looked around but haven't found any info on bolts though. Does anyone know what bolt lengths are needed for a 1" body lift on a '90 ext. cab? I also gather that there are no weldnuts on the body/frame so changing to larger diameter bolts is not a problem.
