What is the extended lenght of your shocks,how much travel do the rear ones have?


According to the Rancho site, it's extended length is 23.750", compressed length is 15". The shock adapter adds some more length. The shock travel is 8.75", and it is utilized almost completely by the new setup, from bumstop to bumpstop. The driver side rear shock is not extended 100%, it's 1/4 - 1/2" less becouse of the gas tank. To measure the real on-wheels travel, I have no proper tools. My understanding is that the wheel travel is almost twice as big as the shocks travel, probably 15-16" is a conservative estimation.

I'll try to post pics ASAP. Right now I am busy with the new steel rear bumper and with the new audio.
