Its basically everything you need except the wire, so you put it together yourself (which is what I wanted). There are other kits you can buy that are premade though.

Jake- the AC compressor is turned on by a positive voltage. The ground/return path is through the engine block.
However, you may want to wire it so that fan runs any time the AC is turned on at all, not just when the compressor is running. I'm not sure of the easiest/best place to tap into that circuit, but the most obvious would be at the switch in the dash.
