I searched around but didn't really find a definitive answer to my question, and rather then spend weeks either prematurely wearing out my tires or using more fuel then necessary I thought I'd just ask the experts...

I'm still on the OEM BFG rubber and would like to know the best tire pressure for both fuel economy and (on road) traction. I've got an '04 4x4 SR5 V6 Xtra-Cab, all factory (except maybe the brush guard and nerf bars).
