LOL you guys have got to be kidding me. You don't need 4wd to live in Utah. There really isn't that much snow. Most people here drive 2wd cars to work every morning year round just like every where else. I never even use 4wd on the road during the winter even though I have it.


I've lived here for 12 years and I cannot ever recall driving (other than on the trails) in four wheel drive. It only snows on the floor in the valley 4 to 6 times a year and nearly always it's melted by the end of the day. Now go into the mountains and sure they get 50 to 60 feet annually but that is probably a tenth of 1% of the total roads in this state.
