This is just my opinion and others may disagree but I would not waste my money on either. The filtering qualities of both suck!!!!! I had a FPIK on my Tundra and it ran worse then when it was stock. I ran a K&N drop in my 3.0 and when I went to clean the TB there was about a quarter inch of dirt in the intake tube between the TB and the air cleaner!!!!<img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

same thing with me... but with worse results.

so after years of oiling my K&N. decided to go to pismo. pismo has FINE sand.

sure enough, a combination of the rubber saggin and big movement of the filter, allowed a small seam to develop.

sand go in past the filter and into the MAF sensor, which was at the time just GOOPED in K&N fluid.

so, the vane got stuck in the open position, telling the computer lots of air is going in. so the computer told the fuel pump to let more fuel in, leading to a LEAN condition...

sucked...

anyone wanna buy a cheap 3.0 K&N filter, still in bag, cheap?
