Don't waster your money on either one. I bought a MAF adapter and cone shaped filter off Ebay for $19.95 and it has been working great. I had to remove the original air filter housing and bend up a couple of brackets from hardware store metal, but it's in place nice and firm and I've been getting 20 mpg all summer with it.
