My 83' stock radiator has been weeping lately, first from the bottom hose outlet (JB weld fixed that), now from the top outlet. I figure that at 200k, it's probably time for a new one. I see that many people are happy with radiatorbarn, so I think I'll go that route, but here's my question:

I want to move up to the 3 row for the 3.0L. The website lists the measurements as 15-3/4 x 20-11/16 x 2-1/16. The stock 2 row for my '83 has dimensions 14-3/4 x 20-11/16 x 1-5/16. I went out and took some measurements under the hood. It looks like I'll have no prob with the extra 3/4" of thickness for the 3 row, but I'm concerned about the height. I'm afraid the extra 1" will hit the cross brace at the front of the frame. Anyone have experience with this? Am I looking at the right 3 row radiator?
