Which one last longer? I go wheeling maybe once every two months now. What should I get? I went through MT/R in about 3 yr. Time for another set... Just address the logivity aspect of it. Btw, I have selectable locker in the rear so...
Thanks.

No knowledge of the KO muds, but I ran a set of BFG MTs, and now a second set of GY MT/Rs. The MT/Rs last longer and work better all around, especially in winter I might add.

I'm in the "shopping around" phase to upgrade to 35" tires. I'm stuck between BFG-MT's and GY MT's. The problem is the money. I would really prefer the GoodYears, but man, $75 difference between the 2 per tire <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />. The BFG's would run $300 less than the GoodYears. Are they (goodyears) really THAT MUCH better???

there are no such thing as KO muds. there are bfg all terrain KO'S but no mud terrain KO's. i heard the mtr's are really soft and dont last very long but i havent used them. my last set of bfg's lasted a very long time.

I have owned my truck for eight years the first 5.5 years I went through twenty two (22) BFG MT's (all replaced under AmericaÆs Tire Road Hazard Warranty). When I went in the last time with four sidewall cuts, three were leaking the other just had a bad cut and they could not get any BFGÆs so I got MTRÆs and have wheeled on them for the last 3.5 years with out cutting a sidewall. The only BFG tires that I would put on a wheeler that I drive would be the Krawlers that a lot of the Comp guys run. I just bought new tires this week. What kind of mileage are you guys gettin out of the mt/r's? I was thinking about 'em for my next set of tires, but I do alot of street driving as well.
