Right now, I'm leaning toward BFG mud, but I would like to hear about the Yokohama Geolander M/T. price wise, the BFG is the cheapest. 170 Yokohama Geolander M/t is 180 Toyo Open country MT is 233
Mt/r is more than that. Check out Discount Tires/America's Tires. For a 35" tire, they are close to the same price. MT/R - $181 BFG MT - $172 Toyo MT - They can special order for me for $198

And if you go with a 33x10.50 MT, the prices are about $20 less than the 12.50. If you are running stock rims, this is a good size.

Just trashed a set of BFG M/T's after 2 years. My truck was riding like ass and the road noise and shake was unbearable even though I got my tires rotated and balanced every 6000 miles. I also got it aligned every 6 months. Doubt I will ever buy BFG M/T's again.
Put on a set of 33x12.50 YOKOHAMA GEOLANDER M/T's. Got lucky and picked them up for $120 each. Somebody ordered them and changed their minds. Man, what a difference, my truck has never rode so smooth. I am very impressed so far (two weeks).

How do you like them so far? Any wheeling on them yet? Do you put lots of miles on your rig? My brother's got the same tires on his Jeep and he likes them so far, but they are really soft to drive on the streets.
Do not know yet, have not been wheeling with them. Will be trying them out this weekend on the MCR on the Con. These are not a street tire, very soft compound, wear fast. I maybe put 2,000 miles on my truck a year if that many. Most of the time my truck is trailered to the trails. The wife and I like the comfort of the Dodge Ram tow rig. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/nana.gif" alt="" />

I rotate mine every 2500 miles. Any more and they get noisy. But they are wearing perfectly and ride great. Clay

Mt/r is more than that. Nope, I paid $175 each for my MT/Rs about a month ago. Don't know where you get your prices, but you should check elsewhere, if they are quoting more than $233 for a 35x12.50/15 MT/R.
