Generally, if it's a gen1 trooper with 15" "snowflake" rims, then it has 4.77 gears. gen1 troopers never had 200hp. gen1 RS "shorty" troopers (1989 only) all had 4cyl engines with 4.77 gears all gen1 troopers with rear disc brakes have Isuzu 12-bolt rears and isuzu 10-bolt front axles. All drum-brake troopers have the same 10-bolt in back with isuzu 8-bolt front axles.
