Glued part of mine back up about five years ago with Great Stuff (that spray foam stuff).

Still holding through Augusta summers.

IÆm not sure how well little screw fasteners would work with a metal roof, perhaps I am missing something?

the plastic things screw right into the foam. The Olds had a fabric liner, and it worked like a charm. I can't remember what my Raider's looks like!!!! I miss it....have to go out back behind the garage and look at her tonite!

The RAider has a foam coated piece of plastic, about .1" thin. The foma is glued directly to the metal roof.

It looks like the problem with mine is the 3M adhesive.

You're right on the foam, but as I discovered, when mine started to sag, the factory foam had disintegrated.

I shot a little Great Stuff in the sagging areas and put it back up before the foam set up. I used the type that doesn't expand much as it dries.

In the small area's where mine started to sag I put a few magnets from a old hard drive. Keeps if from going any farther until you can do a proper repair.

I've seen some of their stuff at Home Depot but not sure if it was the kind that doesn't expand too much. Great Stuff is a Dow Chemical subsidiary. I'm sure they have some kind of website if nobody can tell you where to buy it.

McV and OffRoader are correct. I buy it at Lowes, but HD has it too. There are two different kinds that I've seen - one kind expands a lot and the other is low expansion. It's clearly stated on the can. Just don't get it on your hands. The stuff sticks like monkey snot and nothing short of acetone will get it off.
