I tried the spray on glue by 3M for my headliner, but it didn't work to well. But my headline wasn't only sagging it was halfway off, hanging down blocking my view of the rear window. So I went back to Super Wal-Mart and was looking in the automotive section. There was this automotive contact cement that advertised it was like "welding" (the bond that is). So I spread about half a bottle up on the roof that was exposed, and pushed it back up and smoothed it out with a roller. I also applied a bead around the edge of the liner. So far so good!
