I buy it at Lowes, but HD has it too. There are two different kinds that I've seen - one kind expands a lot and the other is low expansion. It's clearly stated on the can. Just don't get it on your hands. The stuff sticks like monkey snot and nothing short of acetone will get it off. 87 Montero, bought new, by me - 88/89 intercooled Starion Turbo engine- with awesome audio.
