It's not a matter of loosing performance, its more of not having as much control over the vehicle. I cant stand autos because I want to choose what gear I'm in and I dont want to wait 1/2 a second for the power band to kick in. My point exactly!!!!!! I'v driven autos, and even like my dad's 2003 Tundra, but i'd rather have a stick, just my personal preference!!
