I would suggest a small lift consisting of BJ spacers in the front and crank the torsion bars slightly, maybe even upgrade to Sway away 25mm tbars. For the rear get some stiffer springs, Downey or Old Man Emu combined with a 1" Roger Brown body lift.
Then put a rear locker, Aussies work great for the cost ($199) and they are reliable. You will be able to fit 33s with this combination and it will be very capable. Be sure to get longer rear shocks as well if you put longer/stiffer coils in. Old Man Emu or Bilstein shocks seem to be the best combo for IFS toyotas.

Hey, I did a year ago exactly what people are trying to tell u from the post ago. It probably cost me about $400-$500max for the suspension lift ($100 bjs, $200 AAL & longer shackles, $120 Longer rear shocks), as I don't even need any more lift (body lift) cause my tire are clearing with 32's! Save that remaining $2500 for something else like 4.88 gears & rear locker, mig welder & a tube bender!

oh btw, those figures are $CAD !!!. So for sure u can have it all.
