Getting the Wheeling Fever
|
I've tried the 'search engine' for the past hour and I can't find an answer to my problem. Background: I have 3 Monteros/Raiders. 2 are road worthy the 3rd (a Raider) is my parts vehicle. When I purchased the Raider it was raised with off-road wheels/tires on it. I swapped the rear axle and now the Monty that I swapped it to is sitting with it's BUTT UP IN THE AIR. I think the leaf springs location was swapped to get the height. Since I have the large wheels/tires from the Raider, I've decided to raise the front up, and NOT just flip the rear leaf springs. Question: What's the best/easiest/cheapest way to raise the front to match the rear. I've heard about the 'Torsion bar twist', but again I can't seem to find the answer using search.

Welcome! Thanks for searching first. The search function can be finicky but what isn't these days when it comes to computers?
If you need help figuring out the search function, just let me or any of the moderators know, and again, welcome.

Mods, cant you change the search function to work like every other search engine on the internet? Why does yours have to be different? Having such odd input parameters really makes a lot of work for you mods.
