If it's just the mounting holes, there's no problem.

The critical distance is the one between the mounting surfaces. If that fit, then the rest is easy.
Vertical position is decided by the installer, where the holes are drilled sets the height.

How's the front curved brush bars fit the GenII shape? From the pics it looks ok.

And obviously it will fit with a winch as yours is already on there.

If you can gat a pic of anything that needs/should change, that would help.
But again, the critical # is the distance between the mounting plates.
