Getting the Wheeling Fever

I own a 99 taco that needs a lot of help; I've been reading thru most of the posts and you guys have been giving ALOT of good advice on other people's toys!! I need some of your expertise on my problem: 1)ABS light 2)airbag light and 3)check engine light (once in awhile) are lit up. I've changed the brakes and rotors, got the brakes bled and still the ABS light is still on. For the check engine light----- right now----the light is not on. 4)the stock shocks needs to be changed----what are your recommendations as to what kind to use. bilsteins are very expensive. I would also like to get a 1" lift on my taco also(adding leaf springs??). I'm also buying a throttle body (airRaid body spacer) and and AEM cold air intake, I drive over 150 miles a day (conserve gas); what are your recommendations? Any suggestions is greatly appreciated guys. Thank you.
