Y/R wire-------12 volts [color:"red"] 4.67 [/color]
G/B wire-------Ground [color:"red"] Good [/color]

Plug connector back on and read voltages
Y/R wire-------Throttle closed----0 volts
Throttle opened----12 volts
G/W wire-------Throttle closed----.05 to .08 volts
Voltage should increase smoothly as throttle is opened to full position.
If the first set of tests are good and one of the second set of tests fail, the TPS is bad.

I also checked the voltage to the TPS Y/R wire at the ECU and it still read 4.67, rulling out a bad wire not getting the voltage to the TPS. I also didn't do any of the other tests because I thought they were dependant on the first set of tests. So does this make it a bad ECU?
