Well, it sure does have almost everything you'd need. The autotrans would be a bit more of a pain to deal with but its got the pass drop front T-case, which means it would fit any Pre-Tacoma Toyota.

You'd have to clean out your fuel tank and start with new fuel plumbing. The exhaust is on the other side of the motor which would involve some rerouting. The hardest part would be the wiring. Even though it's a diesel, it's an EFI motor, so that would involve some work.

But when you were done, you'd have way more power than a 22RE but about 50% better fuel economy.
