Getting the Wheeling Fever
Anyone know where the neutral inhibiter switch is on a 95' SR? Lately I have been having a problem with the Montero starting, I turn the key and nothing but a click from the ECU. Try again and the car starts strong and powerful, I have a new battery. Today I went to go home and the car wouldn't start, tried for about 30 minites, nothing. From reading the forum, the neutral switch sounds like the possible problem. Anyone have any ideas?

If it's like a gen 1 it will be at the base of your shifter & will probably look alot like the gen I switch.
