Instructions ? We don't need no stinking instructions! Seriously tho Jon, do not worry about the flip, its not necessary. For what its worth you can messup your rack without it ! Mine leaks a bit but nuthin' a little Lucas cant plug for awhile. I think 2.5 inches sounds about right for 912's. Have you done the boulder bars yet?
