It does appear that the æMPVÆ designation completely exempts you from the stateÆs lift laws. --- Despite this, based on some of the rigs that IÆve seen in NC, the wording of the law sure doesnÆt seem to have discouraged anyone from building Cruggys (Car-based Buggies).
