Getting the Wheeling Fever

-tried searching for this but couldn't find what I'm lookin' for...
My 91 Trooper's rear driver side power window has stopped working. I pulled the panel off, found the 2 blue wires that go the motor & verified that I get + or - 12vdc when I use a window switch, so I figure the problem has to be with the motor.
I read in some posts that windows sometimes bind..but this is stuck (thankfully) in the full-up position & won't move.
Anyhow...has anybody removed/replaced one of these motors? I'm not sure if I need to get inside the door, or if it all can be done through the access hole. My svc. manual says nothing about them (of course).
