Hard to tell how it is wired. Best bet is to trace out the wires and on the shwitches, ohm them out to see how they are internally connected. Also a good idea to limit the interconnections with the factory wiring, since Toyota uses a mix of switched power and switched ground connections. Mixing the two types of wiring is usually a cause of problems.
