Dunno which sprayer you are using, but the ones i've used work well at low PSI's, like 40 or less, try turning it down and seeing what the pattern is like.

Thanks! It's a cheapo Harbor Freight. The book said 30 pounds minimum, 80 pounds max. I thought it was better to run it at the max. I'll try going down some.
