that's a short hose, and normal diameter, it SHOULD have no problems.
You may want to turn your regulator up to 100psi to fix the pressure drop (but on a 25ft line it will only be minor.
But really, you shouldn't be hearing your line "filling up", that would mean the tool isn't getting enough air.
But if the tools are working correctly (ie powerful enough) i wouldn't worry about it.
