Rebuilt carb

New OEM fuel pump and filter
Centerforce Stage I clutch and resurfaced flywheel
New headbolts, main bolts, and anyhting else that broke/ needed reaplacing along the way
New 3 core rad., thermostat and rad cap
Painted just about every part that I could (inlcuding bolt heads!), and finsihed off by painting air cleaner assy. with some Endura aircraft paint
As I said before, I can't be happier with this thing (esp. compared to what it used to be). And for off-road, the 261C cam seems to really give it some guts. For turning 33's on stock gears, I think it does a pretty good job! (Don't worry, gears are next...don't want to overwork that engine too badly!)
The worst thing about the rebuild was the fact that I had to get it dirty eventually <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />. All my friends bugged me that it was too nice to go and take it off-road...but hey, it was gonna happen sooner or later. I at least give her a quick cleaning after each trip!
