Make sure they kinda wrap stick out to protect and so you can use them to slide around rocks and other stuff.

I am hoping Justice can post some close ups of his sliders, they looks really sweet, I think I am going to make something similar.

I am giving some serious thought to some tubes that go from the arb to the rock siders to protect the front fenders.

My sliders arent looking so pretty these days but they have gotten the job done so far. they have 3 outriggers to the frame and are bolted to the frame not welded.

I dont have a date set yet but I will be ordering Dons front and rear bumpers soon in the next few weeks. Then I will be doing that for my front fenders, rear fenders and along the roof line for leaning against trees.

When I get the bumpers I will be fully Don protected. I already have the sliders. I just recently upgraded my skid plates but If they dont hold I will see about having Don make me some of those as well.

Like Doug was saying, take some close up shots of the work you guys have done. I'm also interested in seeing close up shots of Carlos's new brackets for his gas tank and both Justice and Carlos's rear bumper mounts. Great work guys, i'm jealous

Lets see the goods

I was going to build some front fender hoops. I trashed my front fenders EVERY time I went out!! Then, I put wheels on the front with a different offset, that stuck out slightly past the body, and I have not mangled a fender since.

I actually have very minimal body protection. I have focused all my attention to making my truck able to wheel elegantly, and well. I do want to put some rocker skids on there though. And maybe a custom belly pan?? Gas tank armor also. smile hahah the list goes on and on.

Still look pretty sweet to me, but I think I got your sliders mixed up with the ones that Carlos runs. Are his the square tube ones that flare out from the body and both ends?
