Body Damage is Cool
Engine oil leaking out of this bolt hole. See pic web page

Is this normal? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

And IÆm pretty sure its coming out of the bolt hole and not around the seal.

Probably won't leak when the flywheel bolts are tightened in those holes.

you will get leaks until the fly wheel bolts are in place, make sure to use locktite on the bolts.

Bob,
What kind of specs did you rebuild the 2.6 too? Cam, bore, exhaust, etc? I quess it's kinda early to ask how it runs. I just took the block and head to the local engine shop today, getting ready for my 2.6 rebuild.

They are correct. It will leak without the flywheel bolts. I did the same thing when I prelubed mine. What a surprise and what a mess.
